• Refunds are applicable only for shared hosting and reseller hosting plans if requested within 7 days of purchase.
• No refund will be granted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Refunds are not applicable on domain registrations, transfers, renewals, SSL certificates, VPS, or dedicated servers.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain registration or renewal
• VPS or Dedicated Server orders
• SSL Certificates
• Website migration services
• Any custom service or setup fees

3. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your service by contacting our support team through email or support ticket. Cancellations must be explicitly confirmed by you, and the service will be terminated upon confirmation.

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Abuse of Refund Policy

If we detect misuse or abuse of our refund policy, such as repeated refunds or chargebacks, we reserve the right to deny future refunds and suspend your account permanently.
